PLEASE NOTE: We are not able to process cash payments for entry at the gate.

Cash-out Facilities

The Post Office (located at the General Store) will be open from 9.00am for cash advances. However, we encourage you to use electronic payments where possible.

Dogs

It’s a tricky situation - We’re not strictly ”no-dogs”, however, festival patrons have to park offsite and catch a shuttle bus over to Bate St Central Tilba, and dogs (or other pets) aren’t allowed on the Shuttle Bus.

Therefore we’re no-dogs by default, not design. There may well be dogs around - locals, or stallholders who haven’t needed to use the shuttle bus.

In past years they allowed festival goers to drive into one section of closed road, drop off a person and their pooch, who would walk to the festival gate and wait for the driver (and others) to arrive (somewhat later) on the shuttle bus. This is still fine.
